They are professionally trained and licensed to help you with your nutrition goals, even if you have a medical condition or are taking medications. Working with a Registered Dietitian lets people live free from worry that their health is not in the hands of just anyone or other self-proclaimed “nutritionists”.

Q3. Do I have to give up carbs?
You don’t have to eliminate carbs or sugars from your diet. Most people fear that they have to give up their breads and favorite foods when going on a nutrition program and that is far from the truth. We will tell you all of that in the consultation.

Q5. Which nutrition plan is best for me?
That is always dependent upon your individual goals and how quick you want the improvements. Your RD will be in a better position to answer this following your initial consultation.
Q6. Will I get a meal plan or anything like that to take with me?
We don’t think anyone should follow any specific meal plan for the rest of their life. We understand that you can only follow a certain meal plan for so long or under certain circumstances, but we will give you as many tips and resources as possible that you can use. We have plenty of healthy recipes and plans to get you started.
Q7. Can a RD help me if I have an injury?
Yes! But please understand it can’t CURE it. It can very easily accelerate your recovery to speed up the healing process and manage the symptoms it causes. Many people come to a RD after having an injury (like during Physical Therapy) or are having pain inside their knee joints from the “wear and tear” (arthritis) of being overweight.
Q8. I’m an athlete and I am unsure of what to do or eat to be at my very best for my workouts. Do I need an RD?
Yes and Yes. You want to be at your optimal best as an athlete to not only feel the strongest, but have enough energy to fuel yourself through your activities to avoid sports injuries. It’s the difference between fueling your vehicle at 87 Regular to 93 PREMIUM octane.

Q11. Do I get personal support if I need it?
Yes. If you arrange to try a nutrition program with us, you’ll be given almost unrestricted access to your own RD who will be on hand to take your call or reply to your emails, for as long as you need.
Q12. What happens if I start and I’m not happy at the end?
We make extensive measures to match you with RDs that are best able to help you. If you are unhappy with the work please let our team know, and we will make the appropriate changes. Within 30 days of starting we can personally refund your payment back onto the card you’ve used – NO questions asked. Either you leave very HAPPY or you don’t pay a dime.
