Yes! I Want My Discovery Visit

You Know You Want to Be Healthier.

The Hard Part Is Making It Work in Real Life.

Maybe you've tried dieting before.

You start eating better. You try to exercise more. You cut back on rice, avoid certain foods, or tell yourself that this time you're going to stay consistent.

Then work gets busy.

Family comes first.

Weekends, celebrations and Filipino food happen.

And eventually you're right back where you started.

The problem isn't that you need another restrictive diet or an extreme workout plan.

You need a realistic system that works with your career, your family, your lifestyle—and your culture.

That's what Fit Filipino is being built to provide.

You Don't Have to Choose Between Your Health and Your Culture.

Imagine being able to:

  • Lose unwanted weight without feeling like you're constantly dieting
  • Eat rice and the Filipino foods you love while learning how to make them work for your goals
  • Build a stronger, more confident body
  • Have more energy for your career, family and life
  • Move and exercise without constantly feeling stiff, beat up or unsure what to do
  • Finally create healthy habits that don't disappear after a few weeks

This isn't about becoming perfect.

It's about becoming Strong for Life.

Yes! I Want My Discovery Visit

Nutrition. Strength. Movement. Generational Health.

Fit Filipino brings together four pieces of health that are too often treated separately.

Nutrition
Learn how to eat for your goals without eliminating the foods that are part of your life and culture.

Strength
Build muscle, confidence and physical capacity so your body stays capable as you get older.

Movement
Exercise intelligently, move better and develop a routine that works with your body and schedule.

Generational Health
Build habits that don't just change your health—but can influence the health of your family.

Because getting healthier isn't only about what you see on the scale.

It's about having the health, strength and energy to enjoy the life you're working so hard to build.

Your First Step Is Simple.

Book Your Complimentary 30-Minute Discovery Visit

This isn't a workout.

It isn't a generic nutrition consultation.

And you don't need to commit to a program just to have the conversation.

Your Discovery Visit is a focused 30-minute conversation with Dr. Austin Win, DPT, RD to understand where you are now, where you want to go, and what's been getting in the way.

During your visit, we'll talk about:

Your goals — what you'd actually like to change over the next 3–12 months.

Your roadblocks — what's prevented previous diets, exercise programs or health attempts from lasting.

Your next steps — what your nutrition, training and lifestyle may need to look like to move forward sustainably.

And if it looks like Fit Filipino can help you get there, I'll explain what working together could look like.

Meet Dr. Austin Win

Physical Therapist. Registered Dietitian. Filipino American. Husband. Dad.

I didn't grow up as the healthy or athletic kid.

I was about 100 pounds when I graduated high school, struggled with asthma and spent years feeling insecure about my body.

Health wasn't a major focus in my family growing up either. Like a lot of Filipino and Asian families, food was love. Rice was part of almost every meal. Family worked incredibly hard and taking care of everyone else often came before taking care of ourselves.

That eventually led me to study nutrition, become a Registered Dietitian, work as a personal trainer, and later earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

But becoming a husband and father changed what health meant to me.

I started thinking less about simply being fit and more about something bigger:

What kind of health story do I want my son to inherit?

That's one of the reasons I'm building Fit Filipino.

I believe Filipino Americans should be able to become leaner, stronger and healthier without abandoning the food, family and culture that make us Filipino.

And I believe taking care of your health is one of the greatest ways you can take care of your family.

This May Be For You If...

You're a Filipino American who knows your health has slipped further down the priority list than you'd like.

Maybe you've gained 10–20+ pounds.

Maybe you used to work out but haven't been consistent in years.

Maybe your career and family consume most of your time.

Maybe you've tried diets before and don't want to spend the rest of your life counting every calorie or avoiding rice.

Or maybe nothing is seriously "wrong" yet—you simply know you want to take control of your health before something forces you to.

You don't need to already be fit.

You just need to be ready to start.

Your Family Doesn't Just Need Your Time. They Need Your Health, Too.

We spend years working hard to create a better life for the people we love.

But the goal shouldn't only be to have more years.

It should be to have the health and strength to enjoy those years.

To travel.

To play with your kids.

To keep up with your grandkids someday.

To walk, lift, explore and live independently.

To sit around the table enjoying Filipino food with the people you love—and have the health to keep doing it for decades.

That's what Strong for Life means.

And it starts with one conversation.
